We are an authorized reseller of every brand offered on our site so you have peace of mind knowing you’re getting the authentic product you’re expecting.

Is international shipping available?
Unfortunately not. At this time, we ship all products to the contiguous United States ("Lower 48").
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $85. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $9.99 ($14.99 for orders over 20 lbs).
Who will deliver my order?
We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman. Every package is shipped with tracking.
How long will it take to get my order?
We strive to have your order arrive within 1-3 business days. However, processing and shipping times vary. Once your order is received, we need approx. 1 business day to process the order for shipment. Please note the day of the week and time of day the order is submitted also affects the time in transit. If your order is submitted before 3 pm EST M-F, it will process and receive tracking information the next day. If the order is submitted after 3 pm EST Friday, it will receive tracking information on Monday. We are closed on holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled after it is submitted.
The item I received is wrong, expired, or damaged.

Can I return my order?
Our return policy is simple: If you're not 100% satisfied with your items, you can return for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Why isn’t 2-day shipping an option?
It’s our goal to get your order to you as quickly as possible and provide reasonable shipping rates. We utilize volume shipping discounts with our carrier and pass the savings on to you by offering free standard shipping on orders over $85.
The item I ordered is now out of stock. How did that happen?
Sometimes an item goes out of stock between placement and fulfillment of the order. If the item will be back in stock within the next 1-2 days, we will hold the order. If not, the inventory available will ship and we’ll reach out to you to let you know that your order will be short 1 or more items. You will be refunded for the items that didn’t ship.
